Every day, businesses send passwords in plain-text emails, share confidential documents through consumer cloud storage, and email contracts back and forth hoping they land in the right inbox. The tools exist to do better — but most are complex, expensive, or built for enterprise IT departments, not the accountants, lawyers, and small teams who handle sensitive data every day.
Vukorix is different. We built a platform that's as simple as sending a link, but with strong encryption, full audit trails, optional browser-side Private mode for supported file exchange workflows, and self-destructing delivery. No software to install, no accounts for your clients to create, no IT team required.
Secure Share — Send encrypted files and messages via a self-destructing link. Set view limits, expiry, and optional passphrase protection. The content is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it's stored and automatically purged after access.
Secure Receive — Create branded file request portals where your clients upload documents directly to your encrypted storage. No more chasing attachments.
Secure Exchange — Two-way encrypted file threads. Send and receive files, request signatures, and communicate — all in one secure channel.
Secure E-Sign — Upload a PDF, place signature fields visually, and send it for signing. Recipients sign in the browser without creating an account. You get a signed copy with a full audit trail.
About electronic signatures in Australia. Electronic signatures are given legal effect by the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and the corresponding State and Territory Acts, provided the method identifies the signatory, indicates their intention, and is as reliable as appropriate in the circumstances. Vukorix records identity, intent and integrity evidence for every signature and packages it as a downloadable audit pack.
Some documents are excluded from electronic execution or carry additional requirements — wills, powers of attorney, statutory declarations and certain land dealings among them, and the rules differ by State and Territory. Vukorix does not provide legal advice; if a document type matters to your practice, confirm its requirements before relying on an electronic signature.
All files and messages are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Private mode is available for Secure Share, Secure Receive, and Secure Exchange (recipient files), where supported workflows encrypt in your browser before upload and Vukorix stores only ciphertext. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Sessions are protected with CSRF tokens, rate limiting, and IP-based lockout. We support passkeys, TOTP-based 2FA, and OAuth login via Google and Microsoft. Every action is recorded in an immutable audit log.
Uploaded files are scanned with ClamAV before encryption. Our infrastructure includes Fail2ban for intrusion prevention and a honeypot tripwire system that detects and bans reconnaissance probes.
