This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Vukorix platform operated by Osmicro Networks Pty Ltd. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Vukorix is designed for the secure exchange of business documents, messages, and files between professionals and their clients. Permitted uses include sending encrypted files and messages to clients and colleagues, receiving documents through secure file request portals, managing electronic signature workflows, exchanging documents through secure two-way channels, and storing and organising business contacts.
You must not use the Service to:
Transmit, store, or distribute any content that violates any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to content that facilitates fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors, content that violates intellectual property rights, stolen data, credentials, or personally identifiable information, and controlled substances or illegal goods.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious software. Send phishing emails or social engineering attacks. Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features. Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service. Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent. Impersonate another person or entity. Use the Service to harass, threaten, or intimidate any person.
Use the Service in a way that consumes disproportionate resources or degrades performance for other users. This includes uploading excessively large files beyond your plan limits, creating automated or scripted requests at high volume without prior approval, and using the Service as a general-purpose file hosting or backup solution.
While we cannot access your encrypted content, if we become aware (through reports, legal requests, or other means) that content transmitted through the Service violates this AUP, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removal of content and suspension of accounts.
If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@vukorix.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
We may enforce this AUP at our discretion. Enforcement actions may include issuing a warning, temporarily suspending your account, permanently terminating your account, removing content that violates this AUP, and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement.
Where possible, we will provide notice before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or its users, or where required by law.
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
